Hello there I’m so glad your here!
Although my site may say Simply Arisai and I’m a simple girl, hardly nothing I do is simple.
For starters I’m a homemaker…..that should be enough said right! Lol
I have many hats but the most rewarding one is being a mom.
And as a mom of two energetic little girls i have learned so much….from motherhood to cook to sewing to designing to DIY projects (looooove DIYing, not even sure that’s an actual word)!!! I’m sure I’m not the only one.
Anyways I just want to share my expertise and God given talents with other women.
I want to be the voice of encouragement for you. And I want you to learn from my mistakes. Whether that is from cooking to blogging and everything in between.
I’ve always been creative or how people would like to call it “unique” and I’m always hearing this “you should totally sell that”
What you will probably see on this site is a lot of the things I like to make, sew, draw and create. And I want to share my passion with other women like myself!
This simple girl wants to make your life a little simpler and happier if possible.
A little background:
I don’t want to bored you with my life so I promise I will make it quick.
As I already stated I am a mother of 2 beautiful girls a wife to a workout-holic husband, and of course I can’t forget a daughter of a king!……oh yeah I have a dog too.
Over the past years I have learned and grown so much and I believe I have incites that I would love to share with my fellow homemakers and young moms.
I have not worked in corporate America for the longest and I don’t want to either….which is why I’m here.
I was raised in church my whole life and I’m still a follower of Jesus Christ.
I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design…….but never used my degree professionally that is. I’ve done free lance work here and there, but mainly I design and sew for the little girls in my life.
I met my husband when I was 16 and have never looked back since. We got married in 2006 and waited four years before we began our family. Our first responsibility was sintra our crazy dog :) a year after that we had Emma and 11 months later Seylah. Hopefully sooner rather then later we would love to expand our little family
Hope you all stay for a while and snoop around. I am looking forward to getting to know you!
