Once again I went to bed late last night and I didn’t want to wake up this morning.
We had a good lower body workout today, by round 3 I wanted to quit. But I had to keep pressing on. I thought about what Tim Grover said, he said if you feel nauseous while working out and you stop there, your not pushing yourself. I’m paraphrasing here so don’t quote me verbatim!
Filling hungry, but is not time to eat yet so I will drink water with lemon.
Finally the time has come to eat, I got too busy and soon is time to pick Emma from school.
Coming back all I want is a cup of coffee!
I made some delicious eggs with sausage and called it my breakfast.
Today I got some work accomplished…using Marie Forleo’s 4 min video advice. I did not finished my list, but more importantly I got focused and I worked on the things I needed to get done.
Learning and being consistent not only with my business but with my diet, I feel like mentally I’m changing I’m becoming stronger and more focused. I do have my moments were I loose focus….but what’s important is not that I loose focus but that I continue….I continue to fight trough this mentally and physically.
I’m keeping it short today because I have work to do :)
